Mr. Kaushal has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has worked most recently with PwC as Managing Director in their Corporate Finance Practice and previously with a number of Canadian investment banks including Desjardins Securities Inc., Orion Securities Inc., Vengate Capital, HSBC Securities Inc. and Gordon Capital and in the venture capital industry with MDS Capital Corp.

Ray is a financial executive who has been in various senior financial roles for over 25 years, most recently as CFO for the past 10 years in various service organizations including The National Ballet, Sony Music and MDC Partners. Ray also has extensive experience in overseeing multiple business units.

Wayne Logan, an experienced entertainment lawyer with the firm Miller Thompson with a focus on the area of Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Smart Contract.  He is also co-leader working in the areas of Entertainment and Media law.
