Ted Ellis is passionate about building value by bridging the gap between brands and their fans. He is an astute entrepreneur, savvy investor and executive leader with vast experience that spans the finance, entertainment and technology space.

Elis leverages his three decades of experience to elevate businesses through data-driven investment strategies. His expertise includes offering operational consultancy to Fortune 500 companies, technology startups, consumer product companies and music, film and television companies.

Before launching Creator, Ellis enjoyed a prolific career at Corus Entertainment in Toronto. He served in various capacities, including VP, Programming and Scheduling, Women’s and Family (W Network, W Movies, OWN Canada, CosmoTV, CMT Canada, ABC Spark and Sundance Channel Canada); VP, Head of Programming Kids and Family (YTV, Treehouse, Nickelodeon Canada, ABC Spark, CMT Canada); VP Programming KidsCo International Channel Group; VP Programming for Max Trax digital music service, VP Corus/Sony Music record label.

Prior to joining Corus, Ellis was President of Media Giants Entertainment where he oversaw the production and distribution of programming for cable and conventional broadcasters and was active as a writer/producer/director in numerous genres.
